DDR SDRAM - 128MB Unbuffered DIMM
DDR SDRAM is an evolutionary new technology derived from the widely used SDRAM technology. The future success of DDR SDRAM is the high performance gained by being able to perform two data operations in one clock cycle. DDR SDRAM has twice the throughput of standard SDRAM; hence Double the Data. The evolution of DDR on top of standard SDRAM offers cost benefits since manufacturers will use existing wafer fabs, processes and tester technology.
