JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is the ENTRY-LEVEL job you have been looking for! Join a fast growing volume SMT manufacturing facility in Fremont. Understand and implement SMT process technology throughout the manufacturing facility and comply with ISO 9002. Learn about state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques in the best SMT facility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BSEE with an understanding of basic electronic components, materials and processes
• Prior experience or internship in the area of SMT expertise
• Knowledge of basic SMT materials and their characteristics like solder paste, flux, cleaning solutions, etc.
• Understand the basic "rules of quality control" in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent grammar in both spoken and written form
• Analytical mind
• PC literate in Word an Excel
• Reliable, punctual and motivated
