TEST PARAMETERS: Ambient and elevated temperatures up to (+155 °C) AC, DC, OPEN-SHORT, PATTERN TEST IN HOUSE CUSTOM LOAD BOARD DESIGNS: Currently Macrotron tests both 44 and 54 pin TSOP SDRAM's Custom load boards are available with a fixed design cost and require a minimum  of 2 weeks after receipt of order. PACKAGE HANDLING: ASECO TL 50 uses automatic handling "tray to tray". TOTAL IC TEST THROUGHPUT: Approximately 2400 (8M x 8) SDRAM IC's per day. Throughput is based on a 30 second test and 20 hr day.
